Skinner is such a fascinating person … a fascinating/terrifying person.  I’ve spent the last couple of years spending way too much time thinking about behaviourism and thinking about Skinner’s influence.  But I think that he is truly the most influential person in the development of education technology. I think other people would like it to be someone like Seymour Papert – people would like to say that education technology’s origins are constructionist, but I think that really they are behaviourist.
